normally do “sugar” but it’s the end of 2020 and you deserved to celebrate it
accordingly. How about a delightful and
festive treat? Warm, spicy gingerbread cookies
with cream cheese frosting. This recipe
is so easy and just in time for the holidays.

Ingredients
Combine Ingredients In Gallon Ziploc bag:
3-1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cloves
In a Mixing Bowl Combine:
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Softened Butter
3 tbsp Molasses
1 Whole Egg
Frosting: In a Mixing Bowl Combine:
2 tbsp Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix these
together well and then add dry ingredients in bag to create a dense dough.
Stop mixing
when it comes together like playdough
Flatten dough and cut into shapes or simply roll in balls
and flatten on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
