Turn up the heat this Cinco de Mayo with our fresh garden salsa. If you have some garden-fresh fruits and vegetables or just want to create a refreshing salsa from scratch, we’ve got a simple and flavorful recipe without the preservatives. If you have a food processor or chopper it's as easy as wash, prep, and chop in under 5 minutes.
3 cups Tomatoes chopped
1 cup Spanish Onion chopped
½ cup Green or Red Bell Pepper chopped
⅓ cup fresh Cilantro chopped
1 Jalapeno seeded & chopped
4 Cloves Garlic minced
4 Tbsps. Lime Juice freshly squeezed
1/4 tsp ground Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
Fold ingredients together into a medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate and serve.
To save prep time and eliminate chopping, you can also combine these ingredients into a food processor or chopper and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
