4 cups cauliflower florets (1 head)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika (for garnish)
Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
Steam the cauliflower florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes.
