Arthur Andrew Medical (AAM) is excited to announce the launch of our new loyalty rewards program, starting August 18, 2025. All orders placed on the AAM website on or after this date will automatically earn loyalty points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ARTHUR ANDREW MEDICAL REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Arthur Andrew Medical (AAM) for other products and services. In addition, these Terms complement and incorporate by reference the AAM Terms of Service (“AAM Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the AAM Terms and these Rewards Terms, the AAM Terms will control.
AAM reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate rewards points or all or any portion of these Terms or any policy pertaining to Rewards Points at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits, or to adjust how Rewards Points are earned, calculated or redeemed. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms to Rewards Points Terms and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Rewards Program after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes.
Rewards points are intended for personal use orders only, others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to receive rewards points. Only the post-discount purchasing price of any order is eligible for rewards. Rewards are not earned on discounts or other deductions to the purchase price.

The AAM Rewards Program is a free loyalty program that allows customers to earn Rewards Points through qualifying purchases on aamed.com. Points may also be earned by participating in promotional activities offered by AAM from time to time. Accumulated Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at aamed.com and may also be used for other rewards or benefits as made available by AAM. Additional perks may be offered to program members periodically.
