Sleepbiotic™ Supports

Deep & Restorative Sleep

How it Works

Many common sleep aids and alcohol shorten the time it takes to fall asleep but suppress these deeper stages, which is why falling asleep quickly doesn’t always translate to waking up rested. Sleepbiotic is built to support the sleep stages themselves. A deliberately low 1 mg dose of plant-derived melatonin cues the body’s natural “lights out” signal to ease sleep onset without oversaturating melatonin receptors the way higher doses can. L-theanine, glycine, and GABA work through complementary pathways, raising inhibitory neurotransmitter activity and gently lowering core body temperature to help the nervous system settle into deeper, more restorative sleep. With continued use, CP2305 supports healthy sleep patterns through the gut-brain axis.

The Impact

In a 24-week, placebo-controlled study of 60 medical students under chronic academic stress, daily CP2305 significantly reduced sleep disturbances. Overnight EEG showed participants fell asleep faster, spent less time awake after sleep onset, and reached a greater proportion of deep, slow-wave sleep in their first sleep cycle. These findings support CP2305’s role in healthy sleep patterns. Sleepbiotic builds on this clinical foundation by pairing CP2305 with complementary sleep-supporting nutrients. A low dose of melatonin helps support natural sleep onset while minimizing next-day residual effects, while glycine provides additional support for deeper, more restorative sleep. Together, these ingredients create a more complete approach to falling asleep, staying asleep, and improving overall sleep quality.

Stress & Fatigue Support

How it Works

Chronic stress can keep cortisol elevated into the evening, which can interfere with both falling asleep and reaching deep sleep. Poor sleep, in turn, can leave the body more reactive to stress and more fatigued the following day. Breaking that cycle means supporting a calmer nervous system during the day, not just at bedtime. Sleepbiotic works on two timelines to do this. In the moment, L-theanine helps raise GABA and glycine activity in the brain, while GABA itself has been shown to produce measurable calming shifts in brainwave activity. Together, they help take the edge off stress without causing drowsiness. Over time, CP2305 works through the gut-brain axis to support a healthier stress response.

The Impact

In the same 24-week study, daily CP2305 also significantly reduced anxiety and lowered chromogranin A, a salivary marker of stress. Separate CP2305 research has shown reductions in cortisol and a shift toward a calmer nervous system state. These stress-related benefits are associated with continued use, supporting a steadier response to daily stress over time.

About

Nearly one in three American adults sleep less than the recommended seven hours a night, and 57% say they’d feel better if they got more sleep.

But getting more hours isn’t always the fix. Restorative sleep isn’t just about falling asleep fast; it depends on cycling properly through the night’s sleep stages, including deep, slow-wave sleep where the body does most of its physical repair.

Many sleep aids focus on helping you fall asleep quickly. Sleepbiotic takes a broader approach.

Rather than leaning on a single ingredient, Sleepbiotic combines five thoughtfully dosed actives that each address a different piece of the sleep puzzle, from the moment your head hits the pillow to how your body handles stress the next day. At its core is CP2305®, a next-generation postbiotic that works through the gut-brain axis to support a calmer stress response and healthier sleep patterns with continued use. A deliberately low 1 mg dose of plant-derived melatonin helps ease sleep onset without the grogginess associated with higher doses, while L-theanine, glycine, and GABA work together to quiet a racing mind and support deep, restorative rest.

The result is a formula built for how sleep actually works: not just falling asleep fast, but falling asleep comfortably, staying asleep, and waking up ready for the day.

Ingredients
Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305

CP2305 is a heat-inactivated Lactobacillus gasseri postbiotic studied in multiple human clinical trials for stress-related symptoms, sleep quality, and gut-brain axis support. Unlike a conventional probiotic, CP2305 does not depend on live bacteria colonizing the digestive tract. Because it is heat-inactivated, its microbial components remain stable and can interact with the gastrointestinal environment as a postbiotic.

In one randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 60 healthy medical students under chronic academic stress took CP2305 daily for 24 weeks. Compared with placebo, CP2305 significantly reduced anxiety (measured by the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory) and improved sleep quality (measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). Sleep EEG recordings also showed a shorter time to fall asleep, less time awake after sleep onset, and a greater proportion of deep, slow-wave sleep in the first sleep cycle. Separate CP2305 research in adults under academic and occupational stress has also shown reductions in salivary cortisol and a shift toward a calmer nervous system state.

Plant-Derived Melatonin

Melatonin is one of the most widely used sleep aids in the world, but most commercial melatonin is synthetic and manufactured through a multi-step chemical synthesis process rather than sourced from nature. Sleepbiotic instead uses melatonin extracted directly from tomatoes, one of many plants where melatonin occurs naturally.

Melatonin is a hormone that helps synchronize the body’s circadian rhythm and cue the onset of sleep. Rather than using a higher dose, Sleepbiotic contains a deliberately low 1 mg dose. Research suggests this level can support sleep onset without pushing melatonin to blood levels that can linger into the morning and contribute to next-day grogginess.

Glycine

Glycine is the smallest and simplest amino acid in the body, but it plays an outsized role. It’s a building block for collagen and other proteins, and it acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain and spinal cord. For sleep, glycine has a distinct mechanism: it acts on NMDA receptors in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (the brain’s master clock) to gently lower core body temperature, one of the body’s natural signals that it’s time to sleep. In published research, glycine taken before bed has been shown to help people fall asleep faster, spend more time in deep, restorative sleep, and feel less fatigued the following day without altering the body’s normal sleep architecture the way many sedatives do.

L-theanine

L-theanine is a water-soluble amino acid found abundantly in green tea leaves. Once it reaches the central nervous system, research suggests it influences several neurotransmitter systems at once, helping raise GABA and glycine activity while modestly supporting dopamine and serotonin turnover. The combined effect is calm, clear-headed relaxation. L-theanine helps ease a racing mind and reduce stress without the sedation or next-day fog associated with many calming ingredients.

GABA

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is the brain’s primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. Its role is to calm neuronal activity, essentially acting as the nervous system’s brake pedal. In human trials, taking GABA orally before bed has been shown to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and increase time spent in non-REM sleep, alongside measurable shifts toward calmer, more relaxed brainwave activity within about an hour of intake. Sleepbiotic includes GABA alongside L-theanine and glycine to round out its calming, stress-easing effect.

Suggested Use

Directions: For occasional sleeplessness, take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. If additional support is needed, one additional capsule may be taken. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.

FAQs
What is Sleepbiotic?

Sleepbiotic is a combination of five active ingredients formulated to help you relax and drift into a restful night’s sleep. The formula is anchored by the postbiotic CP2305 and a low dose of plant-derived melatonin, both shown to support restful sleep.

Sleep aids often help me fall asleep fast but leave me groggy the next day. Will I experience the same with Sleepbiotic?

Sleepbiotic is intentionally formulated to minimize next-day grogginess. Its melatonin dose is low but still clinically effective and hasn’t been associated with morning grogginess in research. The rest of the formula focuses on easing stress and supporting relaxation rather than sedation.

Is plant-derived melatonin better than synthetic melatonin?

One could argue that synthetic melatonin is chemically the same as the melatonin naturally produced by the body, and that where it comes from or how it is made is irrelevant. But when you look more closely at how synthetic melatonin is produced, you uncover a chemical synthesis process that can involve some or all of the following, and this list is not exhaustive: 1,3-dibromopropane, acetone, potassium carbonate, phthalimide, sodium ethoxide, ethyl acetoacetate, 2-carboxyethyl-3-(2-phthalimidoethyl)-5-methoxyindole (8), sodium hydroxide, and methanol.

“Better” may not necessarily be the word that best describes the difference between synthetic and plant-derived melatonin. But “cleaner” is one way to describe the difference when you consider their respective manufacturing processes and origins. In addition, the plant-derived melatonin found in Sleepbiotic also includes plant compounds such as lycopene and other phytonutrients.

How does Sleepbiotic support sleep?

Sleepbiotic works through five complementary ingredients rather than a single sedating compound. CP2305, a well-studied postbiotic, works through the gut-brain axis to support a healthier stress response and sleep patterns over time. A low 1 mg dose of plant-derived melatonin helps cue your body that it’s time to sleep. L-theanine, glycine, and GABA round out the formula, working together to quiet a racing mind, ease physical tension, and support restorative sleep. Together, these ingredients are designed to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling rested while minimizing the next-day grogginess often associated with higher melatonin doses.

Is Sleepbiotic vegetarian-friendly?

The formula does not contain any animal-derived components.

Is Sleepbiotic non-GMO (Genetically Modified)?

Yes. Sleepbiotic is non-GMO. None of the ingredients used to make this product are genetically modified organisms as defined by the National Organic Standards Board.

Genetically engineered is defined as follows: made with techniques that alter the molecular or cellular biology of an organism by means that are not possible under natural conditions or processes. Genetic engineering includes recombinant DNA, cell fusion, micro- and macro-encapsulation, gene deletion and doubling, introducing a foreign gene, and changing the position of genes. It shall not include breeding, conjugation, fermentation, hybridization, in-vitro fertilization, and tissue culture.

Your Sleepbiotic™ Journey

See how your health can improve with Sleepbiotic™.

Day 1
Day 2
Day 7
Day 21
Day 60

On your first night, take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bed. As you wind down, your thoughts may feel a little less rushed than usual. The effect is designed to feel gradual rather than heavy, helping you ease into your normal sleep routine

By the second night, you’re still early in the process. Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bed and pay attention to how you feel both at bedtime and the next morning. Consistency matters more than judging the formula after a single night.

After a week of consistent use, you may start to notice whether your bedtime routine feels more settled and whether you’re waking up clear-headed. CP2305, the postbiotic at the center of the formula, has been studied over longer periods of continued daily use, so one week is still early.

Three weeks in, you may have a clearer sense of how Sleepbiotic fits your routine. Notice whether falling asleep feels easier, mornings feel clearer, and daily stress feels more manageable. Individual experiences vary, and CP2305’s gut-brain axis benefits have been studied with continued use over time.

After two months of consistent use, you may have a more complete picture of how Sleepbiotic supports your sleep routine and day-to-day stress response. Continue following the recommended directions and evaluate the overall pattern rather than any single night.
