Magnesium taurate

Is Sucrosomial Magnesium different from regular magnesium oxide?

Yes, Sucrosomial Magnesium differs significantly from regular magnesium oxide. While magnesium oxide is commonly found in supplements due to its high elemental magnesium content (around 61%), Sucrosomial Magnesium utilizes magnesium oxide encapsulated within a sucrosome for improved digestive tolerability and absorption. Despite containing a lower percentage of elemental magnesium (around 31%), Sucrosomial Magnesium has been shown to be more bioavailable than magnesium oxide alone. High elemental magnesium content in magnesium oxide can be harsh on the digestive tract, making the Sucrosomial form a preferable option.

Is Mag3Ultra missing calcium?

Dietary calcium deficiency is a major problem globally. However, it is not a lack of calcium that creates this deficiency, proper calcium absorption and utilization is the problem. I've been taking ample magnesium for years, but always remaining on the edge (or going over) re: bodily cramps. Since the first day's capsules of this magnesium, not a single cramp, and I exercise nearly 2 hours each day at almost 80. I'm a happy convert!
