Ingredients

1 Pound Lump Crab Meat (Drained)

8 oz Block Cream Cheese (Softened)

1/4 Cup Mayonaise

3 chopped Green Onions halved (Bottoms Only) Save tops for garnish

3/4 Cup Shredded Chedder Cheese

1/4 Shredded Parmesian Cheese
-
1 tsp Ground Mustard or Dijon
-
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice approx 1/2 Lemon

1/2 tsp Cayenne or dash of hot sauce optional

2 tsp Coconut Aminos
-
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
-
3 chopped Green Onions tops for garnish

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until creamy
Add all of your other ingredients (Except Crab Meat)
Gently fold in crab meat to mixture
Transfer ingredients to a 9 inch or larger greased baking pan, pie dish, or oven safe skillet.
Top with Cheddar Cheese
Bake for 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned
Top with fresh Green Onions
