Ingredients
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 avocado, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Directions
Cook bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.
Cook chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let cool and shred or chop.
